Dr. Steve Rothwell

Dr. Steve Rothwell is the host. Rothwell has a PhD in Nutritional & Environmental Physiology of Watercress from the University of Bath. Rothwell may be the only person in the world with a PhD in Watercress, but I'll keep looking!
